Process & Working Together.

Step 1

 

Call us to discuss your project.

Step 2

 

We will conduct a site visit to:

Get a clear understanding of your project and your expectations.

Determine the scope of work.

Establish how many additional resources may be required to complete your project such as design, engineering, subcontractors, permits and who will be responsible for these services.  Any design services that we provide will be factored into the final cost.  If a permit is required we can handle the permit process if preferred.

We’ll talk through the material selections, options etc.

Discuss the intended budget for your project.


Step 3

 

We’ll provide you with a preliminary estimate for your project. If refinements to the preliminary estimate are required, an additional estimate will be provided.

Step 4

 

Once you are happy with the design, finishes, and budget, we’ll present a contract for the project. Once the contract is signed and deposit received, your project start date will be scheduled.

Step 5

 

Work begins. Changes requested during the construction process require written approval. Any changes to the scope of work will be reflected in the project cost.

Step 6

 

Once construction of your project is complete, Northern Touch Contracting will do a final walkthrough with you to ensure that you are thrilled with the final result.
